Welcome to Rock the Run 5K
We're so glad you're here! Rock the Run 5K is a race not just for fun but for a good cause! Proceeds from sponsors and registration goes towards the various programs and services at The Hope Center for the homeless and hungry in Hagerstown. When you lace up your shoes and hit the pavement you're helping to take care of some of the most vulnerable in our community.
And in 2023 The Hope Center is celebrating 68 years of service to Hagerstown and surrounding communities. We recently completed a major renovation and expansion of our food services area. The newly expanded kitchen, dining room, and pantry will help us feed more people in need for the next 68 years! Your participation in this event helps to pay for our renovation project and all the other programs and services we provide for free to neighbors in need in our community.
So thank you for running in our 5K. Run fast. Run hard. Run proud. You're now a part of something great that will impact our community for years to come!
KIDS FUN RUN
returns for
2023!
Parents - your kids (ages 5-10) can join in all the race day fun! We're hosting our mile long Kids Fun Run at 8:30am at Fairgrounds Park. Cheer on your little runners as they hit the pavement a half hour before the 5K.
For only $10 your kids can be a part of the Pirates vs Princess fun - and they get their own t-shirt! The mile run takes place inside of Fairgrounds Park. And after the race they're more than welcome to join you as you run the 5K or they can hang out and play games and do art projects while you enjoy our course.
Why not make this a whole family day? Bring the whole family and dress up as pirates, mermaids, princesses, knights - or just in your favorite running attire.
