EARLY PACKET PICK-UP

Participants can pick up T-shirts, swag bags, and pre-register. The only thing left to do is get the chip timer on race day.

The Administrative Office is located opposite our Thrift Store on our central lot off of Church Street. Call 301.739.1165 for info if needed.

Packet Pick-Up*: Early packet pick-up is from 8am - 4pm at the Administrative Offices at The Hope Center campus in Hagerstown. There's plenty of parking on our central lot at 215 W. Church Street. For info please call 301.739.1165.

Race Day Registration: 7:30 - 8:30am at Fairgrounds Park. T-shirts are only guaranteed to those who are preregistered. If you are preregistered and are not able to do Early Packet Pick-Up on Friday you can pick up your items at the registration tents starting at 7:30am.

Early Packet Pick-up: If you picked up race items on Friday then please simply check in at the preregistered table to receive your timing chip.

Event Location: We are proud to host our event at Fairgrounds Park in the heart of our city. The park is located at 351 N. Cleveland Ave. in Hagerstown.

 

Parking Information: There is plenty of parking located in the parks central lot located at the main entrance of the park. We will provide parking attendants to help guide participants.

 

Timing Info: The race will be professionally chip timed by Racine MultiSports. We're thrilled to team up with Racine MultiSports to provide the best race event for all of our participants no matter what their race experience is. To learn more about race timing, click on the Timing Info tab located in the Race Info drop down menu.

Bag Check: Due to the close proximity of the parking area, there will not be a bag check at this event.

Themed Costumes: While encouraged, pirate/royal costumes are not required in order to participate. We do ask that you please remember that this is a family event so please be mindful of that when selecting your race attire.

Food Drive: We will again be collecting food for our food pantry that serves thousands of free meals a year. You do not need to donate food in order to participate. For more info about the food drive click on the link here:
