BECOME A SPONSOR
There are various levels of sponsorship for Rock the Run. Size and placement of logos on t-shirts and other things are based on sponsorship level. Take a few minutes to review the various sponsor levels and then email info@hagerstownhopecenter.com to get your sponsorship started.
Title Sponsor: $10,000 and above
All marketing materials will include the name and/or logo of the Title Sponsor at the top. Title Sponsor name and/or logo will be listed as "presenting" the race. Single-color name/logo on the front of the race t-shirt (above the race logo) and on the front page of the race website. Large color logo on signs at the Starting Line, Finish Line, Mile Markers and water station. Words of appreciation for your sponsorship by the announcer over the P.A. throughout the event. Business cards, brochures, or other previously identified items may be included in the gift bags given to all registered participants. Title Sponsor may set-up an informational table at the event.
Platinum Level: $1,000 - $9,999
Large single-color Name/Logo on the back of the race t-shirt and on this web page. Large color logo on signs at the Starting Line, Finish Line, Mile Markers and water station. Words of appreciation for your sponsorhip by the announcer over the P.A. throughout the event. Business cards, brochures, or other previously identified items may be included in the gift bags given to all registered participants. Sponsor may set-up an information table at the event.
Gold Level: $750-$999
Medium single color Name/Logo on the back of the race t-shirt and on this web page. Medium color logo on signs at the Starting Line and Finish Line. Words of appreciation for your sponsorship by the announcer over the P.A. system throughout the event. Business cards, brochures, or other previously identified items may be included in the gift bags given to all registered participants. Sponsor may set-up an information table at the event.
Silver Level: $500-$749
Small single color Name/Logo on the back of the race t-shirt and on this web page. Words of appreciation for your sponsorship by the announcer over the P.A. throughout the event. Business cards, brochures, or other previously identified items may be included in the gift bags given to all registered participants.
Bronze Level: $250-$499
Business name listed on back of the race t-shirt and on this web page. Business cards, brochures, or other previously identified items may be included in the gift bags given to all registered participants.
Mile Marker Sponsorship: $150-$249
Large color logo included on a sign at the 1, 2, or 3 mile marker.
